Older sibling adoption, any experiences?

I work in child welfare, have for 14 years, as an investigator, case manager and supervisor. Our children are grown, and we have just decided to adopt two brothers, 10 and 11. We are just beginning the licensing process and will be meeting the boys next week. We are in communication with the workers involved and the foster placement, and are able to ask a lot of questions. In spite of all my experience with the system and children in care, my brain is drawing a blank. Please share any ideas or questions that would be valuable to ask. We are also going to be able to speak with their prior foster placement as well.
