Adopting In Bermuda

I'm trying to help a friend living in Bermuda adopt. If you have experience with adopting in Bermuda, I could use any insight you might have to offer! Most US agencies won't adopt to parents outside the US, so groups that do would be a huge starting point. I'd also appreciate any info or experience with private adoptions.
