Looking for half sister

I'm searching for a half sister born around 1990, most likely born in Utah, from a mother who had strict Mormon parents. My father, which would be theirs, is John Damon M. Sloan, currently about 59 years old, living in Blytheville, AR. He has lived in Blytheville, AR for over 20 years, and before that in Maryland and Memphis for short periods. He's a retired disabled veteran from the navy and army. He said when her parents found out about their relationship they moved her away to Utah.
