Looking for my birth mother by the name of Shiela

I'm looking for my birth mother, her name is Shiela. I don't know her last name since she was married to an Australian/American citizen and she's residing in America. That is all I know. My father and Aunt just told me I was adopted. The only knowledge they know is that she had a Chinese ex-husband and has two daughter in Caloocan. We are residing in Manibaug, Pampanga, Philippines. I just wanted to suggest you add as much information as you feel you can. Do you have any dates so people have a reference to work with? Something like dates your mother might have gone overseas? How old is she now "estimate"? Facebook also has groups that may help. It seems most people in the Philippines are on FB.

Also DNA testing "could" find some cousins to work with. Ancestry.com has message boards too.
