Looking for a sister born in January 1990, adopted probably internationally

If you are a brunette with brown/brown-greenish eyes, born in January 1990, or even not on the exact date (because the dates could be intentionally rewritten), with beautiful facial features, height around 170cm, as most of our family members, and you suspect you are adopted, please contact me and your family. My mother gave birth to a female child on 17th of January 1990 in Valjevo, and I have suspicions that the child was taken away, like many others at that time. I am writing from Serbia, the land of the many possibly stolen babies, whose families were told they died, the paper work is missing, or incomplete. The babies were probably illegaly and secretly sold to couples abroad who offered the money and were given children to take away, under who knows what circumstances exactly, by the people involved in health care and wellfare system.
