How do I cancel my account?

Did you figure it out?! How TF do I cancel this!

I am a paid subscriber to the adoption reunion registry and I tried to cancel my subscription. After searching high and low on the web site I found a tiny cancel link. I clicked it and it asked for my password, although I was already logged in under that password. I kept entering and reentering my password and wa told it was invalid. When I tried to change the password it wouldn't take and the message from the system was unclear as to why. I've complained twice without a reply from adoption.com. Has anyone had the same difficulty or know how to resolve it? Thanks.

Has anybody figured this out? I guess if I don't hear anything back then they helped... I wish this service was easier.

The information given oh how to cancel my account are not accurate. I have signed into my account to cancel it THERE ARE NO OPTIONS TO DISCONTINUE THE SUBSCRIPTION. The number listed is false, there is no way to contact customer service. this is a fraud I will report this to the BBB.
