Searching for a mother figure

My name is Jessi, and I am 36 yrs old. I am searching for someone who might be interested in sharing a mother-daughter type relationship. Thirteen years ago I found my biological mother, but she is not interested in having a relationship with me. My adoptive mother has passed away, and missed the majority of my life. The void in my life without a mother is very painful. Throughout the years I have tried to fill it, but I have found the other person must also want that type of a relationship, and it is very hard to find. Few people I know of are looking for a "daughter", as I am looking for a "mother." I live in Utah, and I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
