Searching for my Mother's Birth Family

I am looking for anyone who may be related to or who knew a woman who gave birth to a baby girl on September 15th, 1960 in Jamestown, NY, and gave her up at birth in a private adoption to the parents of a girlfriend of hers, with whom she might have been staying during the pregnancy. We have a name for the birth mother but no other information and we believe she has passed, hence the search for any relatives.
