I have 2 daughters that were adopted when I was 19 and they were 5 and 6. Fast forward 20 years and I now have 3 children and what feels like a different life to then. What is a very long and complicated story .. how do I tell my children they have 2 half sisters that have been adopted?

The longer you leave it the harder it will be so my suggestion would to simply tell them they have half sisters and that you were young when they were adopted. Too much initial information could be overwhelming. I only had one son - long story and it was an illegal adoption - so I haven't been in your position.
