Searching For My Birth Mother - Adopted from the Philippines

Hello. I am searching for my birth mother. I was found in perfect health on the steps of a medical doctor in Lucena in the Philippines shortly after my birth. They set my date of birth to 30/06-1987, I am now a 35 years old man. From there I was sent to an orphanage in Manila, and later adopted to Norway. I am interested in hearing from anyone who may have any helpful information, how I can get in touch with her, or if she still exist. Kind regards.
