ISO Half-Brother Born July to October 1964 Buckner Baptist Home Dallas TX

I am searching for my half brother! The only information I have is a baby boy was born late summer/fall 1964. My grandparents couldn't remember the exact month, but remembered that the air conditioners were still on, so it was hot in Texas. The birth and adoption was done at Buckner Baptist Home in Dallas, Texas.
