Hi all! My dad is looking to find any bio family. The adoption was closed and he knows very little. We are in the process of figuring out which adoption agency his bio parents went through. Things we do know that may or may not be completely accurate. His mother was 16 at the age of his birth and my grandparents remember meeting her and described her as a plus size brunette so I feel confident his dob is accurate. We know Minnesota law is changing in July 2024 but we also know the clock is ticking. We believe he was born in St. Paul/ Ramsey county.
