Down Syndrome Adoption?

Hello, My wife and I recently found out that our unborn child has down syndrome. There aren't any other major health issues noted on the scan as of yet. We have other children and we are very worried that we would not be able to give the time and attention to our other kids with a special needs child. We have been offered termination but really don't want to go down that route. Do people on this forum think we would be able to find a family that wants to adopt a child with DS? We are in Vermont.
