Niece from the Philippines.

My wife and I are trying to adopt our 15-year-old niece from the Philippines. She will be 16 in 3 weeks and is from a broken family. She has 4 sisters from different fathers and no fathers are in the picture and the mother is often MIA. She lives with her grandmother that is starting to have physical and financial difficulties, raising 3 to 4 of the kids. The laws in the US are making it impossible to adopt her since she will be 16 in 3 weeks. So, there's not enough time to get all the paperwork done and home evaluations to submit the I800A application. Is there any way to get through this process so we can give this young girl a good home, an education and the love she needs? Thanks for any advice.
