Hi Tammy and Ann,
I live close by in Schuylkill County. My husband and I are considering adoption but we are so unsure were to start... local counties children and youth foster children or more private foster cares, we are hoping to adopt a child 5-7years old. Since you are so close could you offer any advice... as were to start.
