:confused: Hello, My husband and I are with an agency for an international adoption, we have completed the home study, INS etc. The problem is we have found"our" child through another agency, meanwhile the agency we are currently with is holding ALL of our info and ALL of our money. The questions are 1) how do we aproach them? 2) do they have to give us everything 3) can they delay us?
