My question is I was wondering if my stepsons father has had no contact with him for the last 3 years and does not seem to want any,he has paid no child support ever,he contributes absolutely no financial aid of any kind do I have a chance for adoption?I carry med ins. on him I pay for his private schooling, and am his sole support,does that count for anything?If so how and what can I do?
