Question about my rights

Hello- I am hoping you can help or at least point me to the direction i need to go to get help. I am supposed to be in an "open" adopton and receive pictures and written updates of my daughter. This was done 3 years ago and to date I have received nothing no pictures, nothing about her at all. I have writen the agency, faxed the agency, called the agency and nothing happens on that end. I have faxed the adoptive parents' attorney, writteh the attorney but get no where. I do not understand why this is happening as the couple does not even have to send the pictures directly to me but to the agency who then forwards them. It was agreed to that I would get pictures of my daughter and I want to know how to enforce that since a judge said we have contract it would seem to me that they are in default and have to live up to their end of the contract like it or not. Just so you all understand this occured in Wichita Kansas so I don't know if I have any rights at all but a judge said "you have a contract" with the adoptive couple. Brandy Bottini-Elkins
