Need some info please. My stepfather adopted me when I was senior in high school. My mom and him contacted my dad, but I never talked to him about it. My mom and her husband divorced about 3 years ago. Since then I have learned some things about my adoptive stepfather. I have also re-established my relationship with my father. I am now in my late twenties. What steps can I take to remove my ex-stepfather as my adoptive parent? I was born in AL. My father and ex-stepfather live in IN. My mother and I live in TX. I would be very grateful for any help!
