In June 1985, I gave birth to my daughter. I was 16 years old. I stayed at Gladney from Feb. 1985 until the adoption hearing was held in July.
While I have mixed emotions about my time there, I made several friends that helped me make it through. I would love to hear from anyone that might have been there during that time. I can't remember the dorm I stayed in, but it was the one for the younger girls.
I would also like to talk about how other birthmoms dealt with certain emotions.

Hi! I was at Gladney in 1985. I had my daughter Sept. 26, 1985. I would love to get in touch with anyone from that time, to see how they are doing, and how they have dealt with the adoption. And to see what is happening in their life now.

I was at Gladney and gave birth to my duaghter on September 20, 1985. I would love to reunite with any other birthmothers. Who knows we may have been there together.

Hi. I was born on November 23, 1985 in the Gladney at Fort Worth, TX. I'm looking for my birthmom, mostly out of curiosity. But I guess I'd also like to tell her how grateful I am to have been given up to the two most fabulous parents any person could ever hope to get. So if you're out there, somewhere.. Thanks :p

I am looking for my birth mother. I was born April 27, 1985 at Edna Gladney in Fort Worth. My birth mother was 5'3, brown eyes, brown hair, Catholic, and left handed. I am hoping to find her or someone who might remember her?
