My husband and I would like to obtain his medical documents from when he was born. He was born in 1966 in Akron Ohio.
He is adopted. I know that the state of Ohio lets adoptee's get their medical info, but only from the hospital that they were born at.
Well my question is. Do you know where I can find this law written anywhere off the internet? We want to send it along with the release of medical info to the hospital. If you do not know, do you think that you can pass us in the right direction.
