In Missouri, can a qualified social worker do a home study update, or does that have to be done by a child placing agency? (there seems to be a dispute between some workers)
We are trying to complete a private adoption of an 11 year old who was previously adopted by someone else. We've done this before in Kansas, but not in Missouri. Does anybody know what the "rules" are?
