A three year old girl was sent from Missouri to New Mexico to be adopted by an extended family friend. The mother gave up her rights in Missouri and the aparents, in NewMexico, had their lawyer terminate the two known possible father's rights as well as posting and terminateing on all possible unknown fathers.
After this was done, another "dad" popped up making claim to the child and was told he no longer had legal claim(this was probably orchestrated by bmom, she has some mental issues).
Anyway, adad changed his mind about the adoption and last anyone heard, the child is sitting in some sort of fondling home(that's what the family called it). What will happen to this little girl now? She currantly has no legal family. Non of the "family" here is blood related, but would love to have the little girl returned to people she knows and loves. Is this possible, or is she a ward of New Mexico? How could anyone find out about her?
