Help, Please

My friend wanna give her newly-born son to a kind couple. But she can not find the baby's father now. He has disappeard for one month. We guess she needs the father's approval to give out their baby. If she still can not find her baby's father, how can she give out the baby legally without his signature.

Your friend needs to find an attorney experienced with the laws of adoption in her state. Plain and simple, she needs to do things according to the law. This would be in the best interest of, #1 the child, but also herself, the "kind couple" and the birthfather.
