Born in Salvation Army Home for unwed mother Sand Springs, OK

My dad recently passed away 2 weeks ago. I found out he was born at the sand springs salvation army hospital. I need his file open desperately or to find somebody. I'm trying to get my cbid card. & I need help idk where to start. He was born 06/20/69 Thomas frank walkingstick
