All Foster Children Removed

Foster children have been removed from the Leesburg group home following allegations of sexual assault.

With inadequate supervision at a particular foster home — the Leesburg group home — all of the children have been removed because of the information coming from the foster children themselves.

A 12-year-old was drawn into a situation where sexual acts took place in an abandoned shelter near the Leesburg group home. Another young woman said she was gang-raped in a nearby home, and yet another stated that she had multiple sex partners, including adult men, in the area near the group home.
