Just as new forever families make adjustments to their homes, Gladney and Madison are embarking on a period of transition, blending their strengths and resources. The integration is designed to enhance their shared mission: finding loving homes for children who need them the most.

1. Combining Teams and Talents 

The integration means that the dedicated teams from both Madison and Gladney are joining forces. This collaboration aims to combine and multiply their talents, ensuring that families receive the highest level of support and care. The expertise and experience of Madison’s staff will enhance Gladney’s capabilities in providing adoption services.

2. Websites and Communications 

As part of the transition, both organizations’ websites are undergoing reconstruction to better accommodate the assumption. During this time, you might be directed to either Madison or Gladney web pages, but rest assured, you’re in the right place.

3. Expanding Opportunities for Children 

More children are getting the opportunity to take a step closer to a forever family. With the integration, adoptive families can now consider more countries for intercountry adoption. The expanded range includes Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic, alongside existing programs in Colombia, Taiwan, and China.
