Re-Homing Controversy

At a recent news conference, Representative Justin Harris talked openly about the re-homing controversy involving the young daughters he and his wife Marsha had adopted. Adoption.com first reported on the incident of their adopted six-year-old daughter. She was “re-homed” and then, tragically, was abused by the father whom she was sent to live with.

In this news conference Representative Harris shares the fact that he and his wife worked extremely hard to help their adopted daughters recover from their early traumatic childhood circumstances. And he also talks of the difficulties they had with DHS.
