8. A Family 25 Years in the Making
“Well it’s official!!! The adoption is final! After 25 years of foster care and dozens of children…. My mother retired today after she adopted the very last of the family of 5!!! I had no idea it was #nationaladoptionday but what better way to end her foster parenting!!! It’s so funny because once the adoption was finished GiGi said really loud “now we can be happy” everyone was so tickled!!! This little girl is truly advanced!!! I’m so freaking happy!!!
