Jeconiah from European Union

Jeconiah was born in May 2018 with prenatally established congenital anomalies. He remained in the hospital until August 2018 when he was moved into an orphanage. Jeconiah has been diagnosed with alobar holoprosencephaly, congenital maxillofacial abnormalities, severe symptomatic epilepsy, and significantly delayed growth and neurocognitive development. Jeconiah functions at the level of a newborn baby. He is largely immobile and does not react to stimuli in his environment. He requires assistance with all aspects of his care and uses a feeding tube. This very fragile and calm little boy needs a family that can give him the comforts of home and unconditional love.
