Elena from Georgia

Elena, born in 2009, is a sweet, joyful, and charismatic Caucasian teen who enjoys hugs, funny jokes, learning new things, and spending time with people who are true to themselves. She also enjoys drawing, doing her own makeup, and playing softball. At school, where she gets along well with the other kids, Elena enjoys reading and writing stories about her life. After graduating from high school, she looks forward to attending SCAD or UGA and then possibly joining the army. Elena needs a loving adoptive family who will give her the attention, support, encouragement, structure, and nurturing environment she needs to continue to thrive and reach her goals. Her family will also need to support her desire to maintain her relationship with her sister who has been planned for separately.
