Meet Jeremiah: an outgoing, respectful, and funny young man. Those who know him well describe him as hard-working, reliable and note that he thrives best in a loving environment with positive role models. Like many teenagers, he can be either shy or outgoing depending on his mood, but even if he comes off as quiet around new people, once he warms up to them, his humor and personality shine through!
He loves sports, his favorites being football and baseball. If you’re a family that loves sports, Jeremiah will fit right in with you – he loves the Eagles and the Phillies and has also recently started rooting for the Seahawks. He enjoys playing video games, watching movies, and listening to music, but he also enjoys playing pool, board games, and card games. Jeremiah is adventurous and loves the outdoors. While outdoors, he loves hiking, four-wheeling, riding dirt bikes, ziplining, canoeing, exploring caves, doing ropes courses, and playing disc golf. He’s described as an average student academically. He likes animals and is open to a home with all kinds of pets – even snakes! He likes to stay busy and enjoys painting, yard work, and landscaping. He would love to pursue a career in construction, landscaping, or playing professional football. He’s set some great goals, including obtaining his driver's permit and attending college. He also likes to bake and cook new recipes: he does it all!
Having the opportunity to maintain a relationship with some of his past supports, even after finding his forever home, is essential to Jeremiah. He currently maintains regular phone contact with his birth family, and he would love for his forever family to be supportive of these connections, too.
Parental rights have not been terminated for Jeremiah.
