Elijah is a fun and loving child. He is shy at first, but you will be showered with hugs and affection once he warms up. Elijah loves to smile and laugh and is very sweet and easygoing. He enjoys playing with toy cars and toys that light up, vibrate, and make lots of noise. He loves playing games or watching movies on his tablet. He also enjoys participating in outdoor activities, such as swimming and going for walks. Elijah is very curious about the world around him. He focuses intently on the sounds he hears and revels in the cool things he sees. Elijah is a very positive and determined youth. He is sociable but prefers to play by himself. Elijah loves watching Paw Patrol in his favorite chair and playing with his Paw Patrol toys.

Elijah's forever family will be one that is patient and provides a structured environment. His family will advocate for Elijah in a variety of settings. His family will be familiar with, or willing to become familiar with various beneficial resources in the community. Elijah's family will consist of two experienced caregivers.
