Elijah from Virginia

Elijah is a very smart young boy who loves to talk about things that interest him or about what he has done or seen during the day. Elijah's favorite toys include cars, trucks, and being able to stack toys. He loves anything construction to include a blanket that has construction trucks, watching construction videos, or playing construction games. Elijah does better when he has something in his hands. Elijah does well when he stays on a routine, is informed if there is an expected change to the routine, and getting the chance to calm down and talk about things when he gets upset. Elijah is not a picky eater and enjoys eating a variety of foods to include vegetables and hamburgers, even though he could do without other meats. Elijah does well in school academically. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
