I can confirm most of these details are accurate about me. I wasn't aware of what my birth name was, however.
Do you have the approximate birth minute or doctor perhaps? I reviewed my birth certificate and do have that information. I was born at the Iowa City Mercy Hospital on 5/23/82.

We never really declared a specific denomination. We've been Lutheran, Methodist, etc... Neither adoptive parent was born in IA. My adoption was a closed one and did involve a Native American tribe.
