Joel Le Ber

My name is Joel Le Ber. I was born on June 27 1969 in Montreal Quebec Canada. My birth first name was Georgie I believe as this is what my twin sister called me when we were young. I also had a twin sister her adopted name was Sheron Le Ber. I called her Lisa. I was adopted at 4.5 years old to the Le Ber family. At age 7.5 approx I was taken away from The Le Ber from Cornwall ontario CAS due to severe child abuse. My adoptive mom had told me and my sister that we possibly had 2 brothers (twins) born in 1967. My bio dad was told died from a train accident. My birth mom was an alcoholic. I suffer a lot of mental health issues. I am as told jamaican, Portuguese, and native nationality.
