Susan Franques

My beautiful son I gave birth to on February 1, 1986 at Edna Gladney's Campus Hospital. I want to share with him my not so good family history which is one of the main reasons I am reaching out this hard.

I was a very athletic girl. I played any sport they would let me. I was best at Softball. I'm 5'2 and was one of the best spikers we had and we won state all 4 years of my high school time. I received a 4-yr scholarship to Texas A&M but the coach took all the fun out of the sport that I so much loved. I left and came back home to go to McNeese State University to pursue my Nursing Degree. I have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and at almost 50 going back for my Master's to advance into management.

I like old rock and roll. The kind you could understand what they were saying. Aerosmith, Chicago 17, Ozzy Osborne and Quiet Riot. Now I'm a tad bit older I listen to some of the songs that my 18 yr old listens to so I can always stay cool. Lol I do like the original Country Singers, Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks and Keith Whitley.

I normally only watch Documentaries, Autobiography and true crime.

A Birth Parent

I had a son at Edna Gladney Fort Worth/Dallas Texas in 1986. He is 33 years old as of February 1, 1986. I would love to at least tell him I did NOT give you AWAY, I gave you LIFE! I never wanted to hurt him in anyway. Now that your a grown man and time has passed. I want to share with him my family history if anything. It is not good unfortunately. Edna Gladney would only tell me he was not dead. I almost fainted but it shocked me how rude the lady was at Edna. I understand that he might be possibly upset with me but know I loved you from the day I found out. Male Born Feb. 1 1986 on Edna Gladney's Campus Hospital. Please give me a chance to explain. And if you never want to speak or see me again then I will have to live with it as much as I wouldn't want that I would do that for you. I hope life has been great to you.
