During this time, he had a relationship with a Japanese woman from Okinawa with the same name as your mom, Akemi Okuhara. They were together for a long time before they separated around 1975 or 1976. He got stationed somewhere else and went back to Okinawa a few years after. He bumped into her at a mall. At that time, she had her child with her.
