have been scouring the www for a Post Adoption Agreement Sample. A little financially challenged or I would most certainly be asking a lawyer first. My daughter's grandmother is going to adopt her and we want to have an agreement to ensure I GET HER in case something should happen to Grandmother, amongst other concerns. Adoption State is Maryland.

You should be able to allow your child's grandmother to adopt and have her put a revision in her will that you receive custody of your daughter in the event of her death the same way a person would do with a birth child.
