I am currently involved in Guatemalan adoption, however there may be a need shortly to change programs due to some law changes that may temporarily halt that program.
So next on the list is Panama and Colombia.
Can anyone give me referals or experiences with this program? Adoption agencies are careful to gloss over the 'uglies' which is why I think I will get a better picture from an adoptive family.
As I understand it, it is impossible to be refered a newborn, and that the babies are at least 3 months at time of referal, correct? From that point how long does it take to bring a little one home? Also, how long does referal of an infant (3months) take?
