Contact AT LEAST THREE to compare services, fees, and your comfort level. You will need a homestudy done, they can help connect you with professionals for this. Others on this list may be able to recommend Texas-licensed agencies. While my son was born in Texas (Houston), we did not use an agency there, we used one in our home state of Virginia.
