ISO B/M, boy born 12-03-1971, Charleston, S.C

Searching for b/m. Baby boy born in Charleston, SC on December 3, 1971 (according to birth cert.). Adopted out to Clark family, both of whom were in the military. Records were sealed after the birth, only adopted parents names on birth cert., have been told that both birth parents were college students, unmarried, both blonde hair, blue eyes. Would love to know either or both birth parents, have a son of my own and we also need medical background for his concern.
