Trying to find birth grandparents

I would like to find my father's birth family. He was adopted when he was 5 months old out of Denver, CO. His name was Charlie when he was adopted (adoptive parents changed it to Tom) and his date of birth is 11/3/57, and he weighed a little over 5 pounds at birth. He had blonde hair as a baby and blue eyes. His hair is very dark now, he's 6'4", and he looks like he is of Italian or Indian heritage. If you have any information, PLEASE contact me.
