need med records. m 11-22-64 OKC

My brother and I were adopted. he was adoped in OK City through Tipton. He has developed severe health problems over the last year (life threatening) and the doctors cannot find a reason why. We feel this may be genetic and he has 2 children of his own. We are desperately seeking any information about his family medical records. His grandmother signed him over.

DOB 11-22-1964

Will your Dr sign a paper that you can write saying that you need your adoption records for med reasons? usually you can take it to a Judge In OK C and have the records unsealed..usually your adoption records are with your orginial birth cert..
