Lifebooks/baby books

Hello. My husb. and I are adopting a little girl who is now 7 mos. old. I am starting a scrapbook/babybook/lifebook for her (instead of a regular baby book). I'm going to put in pictures of her foster family whom she was with for 3 months and who we still keep in contact with. I know her birthmother's name but not the birthfather. Should I put the mother's name in the book or not? The baby was taken from the mom in the hosp. because of drugs and previous abuse of her other children. I feel like I should put her name in but want input from others. Thanks, Kathy
