Adopt in Panama?

I am trying to choose a country to adopt from. My husband and I want to adopt a healthy infant in a reasonable amount of time. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the current status of Panama adoptions and their timelines? Are their babies generally healthy? What about costs?
