adopting from Florida

Hi! This is my first time on a board so please bear with me. We are trying to adopt a second time with the agency Bundle of Hope and I was wondering if anyone had any info and any law changees wee need to know about.

Hi! We just adopted a newborn from Bundle Of Hope. We were notified the 24th and flew there the 25th and just brought her home the 5th and she is beautiful. hi

The adoption laws in Florida were changed as of April of 2003. They are very adoption friendly and particularly more friendly to Adoptive parents. I will be happy to go over them with anyone. I am an adoption professional who does home studies.

Lori,

I see that you are an adoption specialist and know Florida Laws. We are a lesbian couple interested in adopting a sibling group in the Florida system. We are currently foster parents in NC and we can adopt from other states but if Florida doesn't allow same sex couple adoption in their state will they allow us to adopt children from Florida in our state?
