I am totally new at this, I am searching to find my son born in New Orleans at Hotel Dieu hospital. It was thru Catholic Social Services and he was born on 12-23-1983 Help me please.. anyone have a clue what to do first??? can i do anything online.. thanks a million in advance to anyone who can lend a hand
