Hi my name is Farrah. I am doing a research project and I would really appreciate if parents with children under age 13 would fill out these surveys. It will really help me out. You dont have to give your name. I just need your opinion.

I need at least 100 surveys filled out for my report by the middle of November, but I would REALLY appreciate if I could get more than that many before then.
