Daughter born 1986? Texas!

Looking for girl most likely born in 1986 but possibly 1985 or 1987... I understand she is 17-years old now. Her birth mother was named Carrie and biological father named Rueben. Adoption was most likely in West Texas but could have been in a surrounding state. I know nothing about the birth mother. However, I am confident that if I am able to find you, I can help you contact your birth mother. Your father has a MBA and has worked for the same company for 13 years. He is hispanic, but of fair complexion, with brown eyes and black hair. His features are fairly common... not to offend but no large ears, nose and such. I have been told that adoptees sometime wonder about their features. I am the wife of your father. We have been married 16 years and have one son, 14-years old.
